Leave One for OS/2
==================

Description
-----------

Leave One for OS/2 ver. 1.0 - Leave One is a
board game with 37 game pieces and the objective
is to remove all but one piece. Can be played
with keyboard, mouse or Speech Navigation
(Warp 4.0). Choose what best works for you.
This game is only available together with the
registered version of the Memory Game for OS/2.
Register by e-mail or Compuserve GO SWREG.

When the game is first started, it will display
37 chips. The objective of the game is to remove
all but one chip. Before you start, you must remove
one chip of your choice. From this point on, a chip
can only be removed by jumping vertically or
horizontally over it. No diagonal jumps are allowed.
A jump is a distance of two positions only and may only
be into an empty position. If only one chip is left, you
win. Sounds simple? I just learned about this game and
have not been able to solve it yet. Enjoy and good luck.

Choose three ways to play this game: with the keyboard,
with the mouse or with speech navigation.

Navigating with the Mouse
-------------------------

To start the game, you must first remove one game piece
of your choice. Double-click on any one piece
to remove it. After this, double-click will be disabled.

To select a piece, left-click on it. To jump over a piece
right-click on the empty square.

The selected position will follow the last piece played and you
can right-click again to jump over several pieces in a row.
You can also left-click on any new piece to select a new position.

Navigating with Speech
----------------------

The menu selection NAVIGATE exists especially for Speech
Navigation shipped with Warp 4.0 The speech engine automatically
detects every menu item without having to open any of the menus.
For example, you can simply say "ABOUT" and Warp 4.0 would open
up the Help - About window. The NAVIGATE menu items also work
with the mouse and keyboard, but the menu items are more convenient
when used with speech navigation.

To select piece positions using speech, you simply say MOVE
<Direction> <Number of Positions> as in "MOVE DOWN TWO"
and the selected piece will change. Valid directions are
UP, DOWN, LEFT and RIGHT. Valid number of positions are 1 through 6.

To remove the first game piece of your choice, use the MOVE
commands above to select it and then simply say "Take One".

To select a piece, use the MOVE commands as mentioned above.
To jump over a piece you simply say "Jump Up", "Jump Down",
"Jump Left" or "Jump Right".

Navigating with the Keyboard
----------------------------

This is described in the game help file.
