Extended description:
--------------------
A satelite colony's water extraction facility was close to breakdown, threatening the
colony's survival. They asked many for help as they lacked the capital for the rebuild,
and Liandri PR responded--as it would be a good opportunity to improve their image. So,
with heavy publicity throughout, Liandri Corp. signed an agreement with the colony
letting Liandri hold DeathMatch competitions there upon completion of the corporation
rebuiding the dilapidated facility (provided the rebuild would be damage-proof).

Liandri Corp. rebuilt much of the facility, with many changes. Control computers were
upgraded (and bullet-proofed) with external control for use during battle. Walkway
structures were widened and the railing removed--compensated by a modified gravity
generator which restricted falling velocities ("Safety first" Liandri PR stressed). The
pipes that carried the water to the storage tower were removed and replaced with
stronger, transparent vesions with internal lights. This was "to remind the colony and
the public of Liandri's support in providing vital resources to those in need", though
many say it was just to help light the area and add some decoration to the otherwise dull
interior. These same people say the velocity restricting grav-gen was actually added to
prevent impact-hammer jump shortcuts to the upper walkways. Go figure.

Despite these claims, Liandri Corp. improved it's image, and the colony now has a
plentiful water supply and more stable economy (thanks to the profits from the spectators
   and tourists).

Liandri Corp. Promotions has since nicknamed the location "H2O-X-F" arguing that it
has a flashier name than "Water-X-F" or "Water Extraction Facility".

Author's Notes
--------------

The level was tested on a P2 400/64MB RAM with a Voodoo 3 2000. With 10 players, dynamic
lighting turned off, med/med 800x600 res framerates remained adequate (30-45+ FPS).

Zones were not used as the entire area is wide open. Instead, walls were added to
restrict visibility as too many meshes in one view is the main cause of low frame
   rates in this level.

This level can handle more than the suggested 6-12 players (on a fast computer). There
are 18 initial player starts, with 13 more added after 60 seconds of play. These 13 are
excluded the first minute to allow equal opportunity in acquiring the DA/SB/Redeemer/
Invisibility. They are added to reduce player-start camping, and to improve flow.

The bots have some very minor quirks, but I haven't noticed any stuck bots or major
oversights, provided you don't use less than 6 players. (two or three players may cause
bots to stay at ambush points, too far from another to notice eachother--keep it above
five and there should be no problems)
