1) Installing and playing Golden Tee Golf.

   a) Installation
Place the CD in your CD-ROM drive to begin the
installation process. The installation screen will
appear automatically unless you have disabled the
auto-play capability of your PC. If the installation
screen does not appear, select "run" from your start
menu, click on the browse button, double click on "My
Computer", double click on the CD-ROM drive (where the
CD is), then double click on the "Golf" folder, then the
	"Setup.exe" file.

Once the installation screen appears, you can start the
installation by clicking on the install button. Follow
the on screen instructions to complete your
	installation.

This game requires DirectX 5.2 (or higher) as well as
Active X. While these components are being installed,
you may be asked to update your video or sound drivers.
Please note whether the action is "recommended" or not.
If you want to undo the video or audio driver update,
you go to your start menu under "Settings, Control
Panel", double click on "Add/Remove Programs". Next,
double click on "Direct X Drivers". You will see a
window with two buttons to restore your audio or video
drivers respectively (If they are grayed out you cannot
	restore them).

Once installed, the "Installation" screen is replaced
by the "Play Golden Tee Golf" screen. Both screens
include buttons for four videos: "Help", "Peter's
Party", "Jake Trout and the Flounders", and "Golden Tee
Video". You do not need to install the game to see
these videos. Unique to the "Play Golden Tee Golf"
screen is the added option: "Uninstall Golden Tee
Golf". This option will remove the game from your
computer. You will have the option of keeping your
	player settings and scores.

If you remove Golden Tee Golf using the "add/remove
programs" feature (found in "Settings", "Control Panel"
from the Windows 95 start menu) you will automatically
retain your player settings and scores. If you have
done this and want to remove your player scores
manually you should simply delete your "Incredible
Technologies" folder from the "Program Files" folder on
your C: drive (or wherever you directed the installer).

   b) Manually Installing DirectX or Active X

If you have decided not to install the ActiveX or
DirectX components, and you want to install them
manually (The game will need these components to run),
	follow these steps.

	1)DirectX
a)From the Start menu, select "run".
	   b)Type in (or browse to)
	     "d:\Directx\redist\directx\dxsetup.exe"
(Where d represents your CD ROM drive)
c)Then click on run and follow the on screen
  	     instructions.
d)If this does not work for some reason, try
downloading the latest DirectX drivers from
  		Microsoft (www.microsoft.com).

	2)ActiveX
a)From the Star menu, select "run"
	   b)Type in (or browse to)
	     "d:\ActiveX\Wintdist.exe"
(Where d represents your CD ROM drive)
c)Then click on RUN and follow the on screen
              instructions.

   c) Quick Start.
Once you have installed Golden Tee Golf, you can run it
from the "start menu" under "Incredible Technologies,
Golden Tee Golf". Once you are at the "How Many
Players?" screen, select a one-player game. You will
begin a 1-player 9-hole game in "Stroke Play" mode.

   d) Starting a round of golf.
After you have successfully installed the game, you can
run it from the start menu under "Incredible
Technologies, Golden Tee Golf", or you can use the
auto play feature by inserting the Golden Tee Golf CD
into your CD-ROM drive. Either way, you will need to
have the Golden Tee Golf CD in your CD-ROM drive to
play. After the initial title screens, you will come
to a screen where you can select the number of players.

On the left there are buttons that represent the
different game options. The "Local" button lets you
play a 1 to 4 player game on the same computer, with
no network connection (for details on the other game
options, see "Playing Networked Games"). You can start
a game by highlighting the desired number of players
	and clicking on the mouse.

If you are playing more than a one player game you will
come to the "Select Game" screen. "Stroke Play" is
regular golf, while "Skins" lets you play for virtual
money (see Stroke Play/ Skins). Choose which game type
you want to play, and you will begin the game.

2) Game play Issues

   a) Game Speed/Resolution Issues
Golden Tee Golf is meant to be played with a high frame
rate. If you experience missed frames of animation, you are
not getting the best experience possible. To increase the
performance of this game, there are several things you
do from the "Game Settings" screen.
		* Lower the resolution (Screen Mode)
		* Turn off the (Fog)
		* Turn off the (Screen Softness)
		* Turn off the (Full Screen Approach) cam
  		* Turn off the (Picture in Picture) cam
Of course if you have the horsepower, turn these
options on, and up as desired.

   b) Control Issues
The mouse controls the golfer's swing. How you
control the mouse affects how the ball is hit. For a
tutorial of the different swings available, refer to
the help screens. From within the game press the [Esc]
key to bring up the option screen. From there select
"help" to bring up the help window. If you are moving
your mouse or trackball devise fast enough, the device
will actually report movement opposite the actual
direction. It is a good idea to use reasonable speed,
in a smooth motion rather than trying to move the mouse
	as hard as possible.

   c) Keyboard Controls
Here is a list of keyboard controls and hot keys.

	Select Club Arrow Keys Up/Down
Turn player position Arrow Keys Left/Right
	Bring up options menu,
Cancel Chat and Cancel Swing Esc
	Initiate and send Chat Enter
	Initiate I-Talk Ctrl
Replay Shot(while ball is in motion) Space Bar
Switch to desktop Alt-Tab or Alt-Esc

	Help F-1
	Image Softness F-2
	Fog F-3
	Resolution F-4
	Better Golfer Edges F-5
	Full Screen Approach F-6
	Picture in Picture Select F-7
	Mouse Sensitivity F-8
	Mouse Calibration F-9

   d) Joystick
There is no need for Joystick support in Golden Tee
Golf. Everything can be controlled with the keyboard
	and mouse.

   e) Sound issues
This game requires Direct X 5.2 or higher, without
up to date drivers, the game may not work properly.
If you are having audio problems, and you have Direct
X 5.0 installed, you should contact your audio card
manufacturer. Try obtaining the latest drivers from
	them for your particular card.

   f) Video Issues
This game requires Direct X 5.2 or higher, without
up to date drivers, the game may not work properly.
If you are having video problems, and you have Direct
X 5.0 installed, you should contact your video card
manufacturer. Try obtaining the latest drivers from
	them for your particular card.

   g) Animated cursors.
There are three animated cursors that may appear
while you are playing. These help clairify why the
machine is in a waiting mode.

	1) The "spinning CD" icon indicates that the game is
	  trying to load something.

	2) The "spinning Golf ball" icon indicates the game
is rendering the next shot. This happens between
shots as the computer is thinking about your new
	  position.

	3) The "spinning Golden Tee" icon indicates that your
machine is waiting for information from the other
	  computers in your networked game.

###############################################################

3) Options and Game settings

   a) Options Menu
From within the game you may open the Options menu by
either clicking on the options button located on the
bottom center of the screen, or by hitting the Esc key.

   b) Game Settings
This will bring up a menu so that you may customize the
	game to your preferred settings.
Skill Level, Fog Density, Camera options, and
	Resolution.

   c) Help
This will bring up a small window that shows you how to
use the mouse with the game. Here you can find out how
to make those more difficult shots.

   d) Highlights
This will play back the greatest shots currently saved.
The game will automatically prompt you to save any
	great shots made.

   e) Restart Course
This will let you restart the current game with the
same number of players on the same course.

   f) New Game
This will let you go back to the setup screen so you
can select another course or number of players.

   g) Quit
This will let one or more players quit the game. If
there is only one player left in the game, this will
quit the game and return the player to the Windows 95
	desktop.

   h) Play Alone
When involved in a multi player network game, you can
choose to complete the course without the other
players. This basically disconnects you from the
net worked game and lets you finish the course solo.

4) Shadow Games
Shadow Games will let you record your performance on a
round of stroke play golf, then play against yourself,
or share it with friends. You can give them the shadow
file, and they can play your game as if you were there.
Shadow games will only work with stroke play games, and
	not with skins games.

   a) Loading a Shadow
When you are at the "How Many Players" screen, select
the "SHADOW GAMES" option. You will be taken to the
"Load Shadow Game" screen. Highlight the shadow game
you would like to play by clicking on it, then click on
the "LOAD" button. You can only play one player against
	a shadow game.

   b) Saving a Shadow
After a stroke game has finished, you will be asked if
you would like to save a shadow game. Choosing "YES"
will take you to the "Save Shadow Game" screen. At the
bottom of the screen, there is a space where you can
enter a name for your shadow with the keyboard. To
write over an existing shadow, click on its name to put
it in the shadow name entry box at the bottom of the
screen. To complete the save, click on the "SAVE"
	button.

   c) Delete/Undelete Shadows
If you want to delete any of the shadows from the Load
or Save shadow screens, click on a shadow to highlight
it, then click on the "DELETE" button. The deleted
shadow will turn red. You may undelete these red
shadows while you are still on these screens. Once you
leave these screens, the red shadows will be
	permanently gone.

   d) Uploading Shadows
You can upload your shadow games for posting on
our website. Once you have shadows saved, you
simply run the shortcut "Upload shadow games to the
Internet" from the start menu. You must be connected to
the Internet for this to work.

   e) Downloading Shadows
To download posted shadows from our website,
simply run the shortcut "Download Shadow Games From The
Internet". You will be taken to a web page where you
can select files for download. You must be connected to
the Internet for this to work.

5) Playing Networked Games

   a) Playing a LAN Game
If you have an IPX compatible network, you can play
with up to four players, in either "Stroke Play", or
"Skins" mode. To start up a LAN game, you need to click
on the "Local Area Network" button (which has an image
of four computers on it) on the left side of the
"How Many Players" screen. You will be taken to the
"Local Area Network" screen. The first player should
select "Host" to set up a game, while the other players
should select "Join" to join the game the first player
	is hosting.

   b) Hosting a LAN Game
Once at the "Host Setup" screen, you will see a place
to type in the name of your game, player, and password
for your game. You only need to enter a password if you
want to keep unwanted players out of your game. If you
do use a password, the other players will need the
password to join your game. You can also select game
type (see "Stroke Play/ Skins"), and skill level, you
would like to play. Once finished, click on the "Start"
button to enter the "Chat Area" (see "Chat Area").

   c) Joining a LAN Game
Once a game has been hosted, you may join in (until the
actual game is started) by selecting "Join" from the
"Local Area Network" screen. This will take you to the
"Joining Game" screen which shows you a list of games
currently available on the network for you to join.
There is also a name entry window where you can enter
your name. To join a game, select one of the games by
highlighting it, and then click on the "Join" button.
This will take you to the "Chat Area".

   d) Playing an Internet Game
If you have an Internet connection and a 28.8 (or
better) modem, you can play up to four player games
	over the Internet.
To connect to the Golden Tee Net, select "Internet"
from the "How Many Players?" screen, then click on
"Golden Tee Net". You will then be taken to the
"Welcome to Golden Tee Net" screen where you can enter
your name. Once you have your name entered, you can
click on the "Start" button to connect.

If your copy of Golden Tee Golf needs to be updated to
a newer version, you will automatically receive the
update through Golden Tee Net. You will be prompted
through the process, which will close, update, then
	re-run Golden Tee Golf.

If you have the most current version of Golden Tee
Golf, you will be taken to the "Games/Chat" screen. You
can host or join a game or chat here. To host, you
simply type in a name (and password if you like) for
your game or chat, then click on the "Host" button. In
either case, you will be taken to a chat area. The only
difference is that when you are hosting a game, there
will be a "Start" button to begin your game once you
have all the players you want to play. Once a game is
started, no one else may join. For more info, see "Chat
	Area".

At any time during your networked game, you can elect
to play the rest of the game without your friends, or
simply quit by going to the "Options Menu" (see Options
	Menu).

   e) Chat Area
The chat area is the same for all players except for
the player who is hosting a game, who has a
"Start Game" button. The host waits until all players
are in the chat area before starting the game with the
"Start Game" button. Once the game has been started, no
	one else may join.

While waiting in the chat area, you can chat using the
bottom window to enter in lines of text, then click on
the "Send" button to send it to all the other players.
The text you type will then appear in all players chat
windows. If you want to only talk to one of the
players, type your text in the bottom window, then
click on their name in the list on the right to
highlight it, then click on the "Whisper" button. You
will see the whispered text in red letters, and they
will see the whispered text in blue letters. The host
can eject players at the host's discretion by
highlighting the player's name, then clicking on the
        "Eject" button.

   f) Playing a Direct Link Game
If you have two computers connected with a null modem
cable, you can play a 2-player direct link game. It is
the same as a LAN game with the exception that you can
only have two players. You start by selecting "Direct
Link" from the "How Many Players?" screen, then follow
the directions for "Starting a LAN Game".

   g) Playing a Modem-to-Modem Game
If you and a friend have a modem, you can play a
	2-player modem-to-modem game.

Start by selecting "Modem" from the "How Many Players"
	screen.

If you are hosting the game, choose "Receive" from the
"Receive/Dial" screen. You will then be taken to the
"Host Setup" screen where you can enter your player
name, which modem you want to use, and the game
options: Stroke/Skins, difficulty settings, and which
course you want to play. Once you have made your
selections, press the "Start" button to wait for the
joining party to dial in. Once they connect, the game
        will start.

If you are joining the game, select "Dial" from the
"Receive/Dial" screen. You will be taken to the
"Joining Game" screen where you can enter your player
name, which modem you want to use and the phone number
of the host's computer. Once you have made your
selections, press the "Start" button to dial into the
host's machine. Once connected, the game will begin.

   h) Chat (In Game)
In any multi player game, you can chat with the other
players by using the chat feature. To initiate the
chat, hit the "Enter" key. You can now type a one
line message. To send the message, hit the "Enter" key
once again. Each player will be displayed on one line
near the top of the screen. When you send a second
line, the first will be erased to display the second.
To cancel a started message, hit the "Esc" key.

   i) I-Talk
If you have a compatible sound card with microphone
support, you can chat to other players by using I-Talk
while you are playing a LAN or Internet game. Simply
hold down the "Ctrl" key and talk into your microphone.

The other players will hear your message in a few
seconds. Think of I-Talk as a walkie-talkie, only one
person can talk at a time, while the others listen. You
need to make sure that you have a microphone plugged
into the microphone jack on your sound card. Then make
sure that your microphone is turned "on" in the
"recording" area in your volume control "properties"
If you do not have a compatible sound card, you will
still be able to hear I-Talk from other players who do.

6) Troubleshooting

   a) My game has terrible performance.

1)Make sure nothing else is running when you run
	  Golden Tee Golf.

2)Turn your features down or off (see "Game Speed/
	  Resolution Issues").

3)Try freeing up some more hard drive space. 250MB
	  after installation should be enough.

4)Make sure you have the latest drivers installed
for your video and sound card.

	5) Also make sure you have DirectX 5.2 or later. You
can install 5.2 through the Golden Tee Golf
	  Installer.

	6) See "s) It takes forever to play a game" below.

   b) My modem does not connect to another modem.

1)Make sure you have the most up to date drivers for
your modem. You can usually get them through the
	  manufacturer's web page.

2)You can try setting up a standard modem driver
alongside your modem's driver. You double click "Add
New Hardware" from "start menu", "settings",
"control panel". Click on "next" once, then select
"No" when asked if you would like Windows to search
for your new hardware, then click on next. Select
"Modem" from the list, click "Next". Check the box:
"Don't detect my modem, I will select it from a
list", then click on "Next". In the "manufacturers"
window, highlight "Standard Modem Types", then you
should highlight a modem from the "Models" window.
Try to match the baud rate of your modem. If your
modem is higher than 28.8 you should select 28.8
(This will not slow your modem performance during the
game). Then click on "Next", select your modem's port
and click on "Next". Windows will install the
standard modem driver, then click on "Finish".
When you start up a modem to modem game, you will be
able to choose between the two drivers now on your
system. Try using the standard modem driver. This
should not affect your other dial up routines.

   c) After installation, when I try to run the game there is
only music, and a blank screen. I have to
ctrl-alt-del to get out of it.

	1) This could be a video card driver issue. You
should contact your video card manufacturer, and get
the latest drivers for your video card. You can
usually find them on the Manufacturer's web page.

	2) Also make sure you have DirectX 5.2 or later. You
can install 5.2 through the Golden Tee Golf
	  Installer.

	3) Another thing to check is your refresh rate setting
for your 640x480 resolution. A way to find out if this
is the problem would be to set your desktop resolution
to 640x480, and see if your monitor displays correctly.
If you get a black screen, then you need to adjust
	  (probably lower) your refresh rate.

   d) After Installation, the game will crash when it is run.

	1) This is usually due to not resetting the machine
after the install. Try restarting your machine.

	2) This also may be due to low hard drive space. Make
sure you have at least 250 MB free disk space before
	  you run the game.

	3) If your video card's drivers do not support
DirectX 5.2, the game may not run properly or at all.
Check with your video card manufacturer for the
latest available drivers. You can usually find them
	  on the manufacturer's web page.

	4) Also make sure you have DirectX 5.2 or later You
can install 5.2 through the Golden Tee Golf
	  Instsaller.

	5) Make sure you have your virtual memory turned on
	  within Windows.

   e) When I went to play for the first time, there was no
music, however I could hear the voices talking.

	1) This is most likely due to low memory. The game will
detect your memory, and if it is lower than 32MB the
music will be switched off by default. You can turn it
back on, by going into the "Game Settings" screen
	 while in the game.

   f) I cannot seem to be able to adjust my resolution from the
    "Game Settings" screen.

	1) This is another factor determined by how much memory
(ram)you have installed. If the resolution is greyed
out, it means that your machine will not be able to
	  handle those resolution(s).

   g) My cursor leaves white dots on the screen as I move my
	  mouse.

	1) This is most likely due to the mouse driver. You
should check to see that you have the latest mouse
          driver form your manufacturer.

	2) A way to determine if it is a driver issue would be
to try substituting the microsoft standard mouse
driver for your particular mouse driver. You may need
to unistall any software packages that came with your
mouse before you can make the switch. Then right
click on My computer and select properties. Next
click on the "device manager" tab. Then double click
on "Mouse" from the list. Then double click on your
particular mouse device. Click on the "driver" tab,
and then the "update driver" button. Choose to select
the driver from the list. Check the option to "show
all hardware". Now highlight Microsoft in the
"Manufacturers" window, and select your mouse type in
the "Models: window (serial, bus adapter, or ps2).
Then click on finishe and follow any directions. This
is only a temporary workaround and is not considered
a "Fix". If this does work, you know that your mouse
driver is to blame, and you should contact your
hardware manufacturer to try to get newer drivers.

   h) I have tried uploading my shadow to the Internet, it says
it works allright, but it never seems to get posted.

	1) This is more than likely due to not being connected
to the Internet while you are trying to uplaod. Make
sure you are connected through your isp dial in before
trying to upload your shadow games.

	2) It can take an hour or more before your posted shadow
will appear on our websit, so be patient.

   i) I cannot use the numeriacal keypad to enter in the phone
	  number for modem-to-modem connections.

This more than likely due to your numb lock setting. Try
	pressing the numblock key once.

j)When I try to quit a game I am dropped back to the
	desktop.

This is the way the quit feature works:

1)If you are in a multi player game on one machine,
(local) choosing "quit" will take the current player
out of the game, allowing the other players to
	  continue.

2)If you are in a one player game, choosing "quit"
will end the game, show you the final scores (up to
that point) then take you back to the desktop. If
you want to play another game (instead of returning
to the desktop), choose "new game" from the options
	  menu.

3)If you are in a networked game, choosing "quit" will
end the game for you, but allow the game to continue
for the other players. You will then be taken to the
desktop after viewing your course scores (up until
that point) . If you want to start a new game
(instead of quitting back to the desktop), choose
the "play alone" option, followed by the "new game"
	  option.

k)There are little graphic glitches near the golfer and
	turning arrows.

This is due to using the "Better Golfer Edges"
feature which will smooth out the edges around the
golfer and turning arrow artwork. This process also
causes the extra lines and pixels, which are actually
taken from the left side of the image. We were not able
to get this to look any better than it is. You can turn
off the feature, and the problem will go away. We were
going to take it out completely, but we felt we should
	let you be the judge.

l)While in a network game, I cannot seem to quit.

This is more than likely because when you are in a
multi player game we do not let you quit while someone
else is up. Doing so would mess up the game for the
remaining players. If you really want to quit, you can
select to "play alone", then select quit after you have
	been disconnected from the game.

Another option is to select to select "New Game". This
will take you to the "How Many Players" screen, from
which you can quit, or start a new game.

m)My ball seems to be stopped by nothing in the ball cam.

When the ball cam gets too close to an object, it will
disappear at a certain point. This may cause the
illusion that your ball is bouncing off air, when in
fact it has hit an object.

n)I am on the edge of a sand trap, but still in the grass,
and when I swing, I get a sand spray.

This is because in actuality, you are in the sand trap.
You can double check by looking on the overhead map.
Basically the engine has a problem rendering this view
correctly. If it did, you would not see the ball or the
bottom of the golfer's feet. So what you are seeing is
the ball being shown through the grassy edge of the
sand trap, while it is in the sand trap. This is also
the case in the arcade version.

o)I have taken my shot, but my ball seems to be at my feet
	still.

This is most likely because you are in a multi player
game, and another player's ball is in the same spot as
yours. The second ball belongs to the other
player. This happens most often when your ball is
placed after hitting it into the water, "out of bounds"
or in an "unplayable lie", when the ball is placed at a
	specific drop point.

   p) After taking my shot, I get the message "Unplayable
Lie" then my ball is placed in another location, and I
	am penalized 1 stroke.

This was a hard call, if we made all those shots fair,
the golfer would be shown "walking on water" or
"floating in air" as you approach the shot. We decided
to use the unplayable lie to remedy this problem. You
have to remember, this applies to everyone, not just
you, so it is balanced. You just have to hit the ball
so that it is not on the edge of a cliff or water bank.

   q) I cannot seem to get a network/internet/direct link game
	to work.

This is most likely due to machines that are not
connected properly. For a LAN game make sure your
network is using an IPX protocol, and that all machines
are hooked up to the network properly.

For Internet, make sure you have the TCP/IP protocol
installed, and that you are connected to your Internet
Service Provider, whoever that may be. If you are
getting a message saying that "logon Attempt Failed",
then it is possible that Golden Tee Net went down
temporarily. You should retry in a few minutes.

For direct link games, make sure you have a properly
installed "null modem cable" between the two machines.
Make sure the null modem is securely hooked up to both
	machine's com ports.

   r) While I was playing or dialing up to my ISP, the game
suddenly took me back to my desktop to display a message
	or event.

This could be caused by sheduled tasks that your computer
may be trying to initiate. Things like scheduled
scandisks or defrags will interrupt the game and take you
back to the desktop. You should not play when a scheduled
event is about to start up.

This could also be caused by another program's pop up
messages. You should close all other programs while
	running Golden Tee Golf.

If you have AOL instant messenger, you can disable the
	pop up messages by:
1)Goto Buddy list, -setup, -privacy preferences, then
select to "Block all AOL users and instant message users"
	Then save and exit.

If you have ICQ, you can disable all the autoaccept
options for each user (you can get to these options by
clicking on the user and selecting "alert/accept modes),
then make sure that you have the contact list popup
feature turned off (you can get to this by clicking on
the ICQ button, then windows alerts)

When you try to log onto Golden Tee Net without being
connected to your ISP, windows will minimize Golden Tee
	While it connects.

In all cases, Golden Tee Golf should be minimized on your
task bar, you can go back to the game and play as normal,
by clicking on it. You may experience graphic problems
upon returning to the game, but they will go away after a
shot is taken, or after a full screen refresh.

   s) It takes forever to play a game.

If it takes a long time to load the next shot, it could
be a couple of things. If you have 16 MB, or if you have
32MB and things runing in the background while playing,
Windows will make up for the lost memory by resorting to
virtual memory. You know if you have this problem when
you notice the hard drive light is constantly running.
Do not attempt to turn off Virtual Memory, this will not
help. The only way around this problem is to get more
memory if you have 16MB and make sure nothing is running
in the background if you have 32. The best solution would
be to	upgrade to 64 MB of memory, then you could have some
things runningin the background. Another thing to keep in
mind if you are playing a networked game, the other
players will be slowed down waiting for you to catch up
even if they have enough memory.

t) I have a fire wall where I play and I cannot seem to use
	Golden Tee Net.

Fire walls will cause problems with our game because
without special configutration, most will block the
TCP/IP data flow needed to play Golden Tee Golf over
the Internet. If you know what you are doing, you can
configure most firewalls to work with the game. What is
needed is to enable bi-directional communication on
	TCP/IP ports 1515, 1516, and 1579. Note that these
ports must allow COMMUNICATION and CONNECTIONS in BOTH
directions for the game to run properly. There are
some fire walls that will not allow connections to be
recieved, and therefore will not work with Golden Tee
Net. Consult your network administrator for more
	information.

u) I can't download updates from Golden Tee Net, and I have
	Internet Explorer 3.0 installed.

Try running the ActiveX installer manually. See section
1 b (above), for instructions on how to manually install
ActiveX. If you still have problems downloading the patch
from Golden Tee Net, you can also try downloading the
patches from our website. You can use the shortcut in
your Golden Tee Golf folder on your Start menu, or you
can manually enter in this web address:
	http://www.itsgames.com/gtgolf/
From there, select "Downloads", then "Software Upgrades"
to get to the patches area. There will be istructions for
	installing the patches.

 v) I am getting disconnected from the game after a certain
	amount of time.

This may be due to your Internet Service Provider. They
may require that you "check in" with their software to
let them know you are still using the connection.
All we can recommend is that you contact your Internet
Service Provider and find out what kind of "Time Out"
method they use, and ask them what you need to do to
	"Check In".
