Known Issues:

Infamy is still not calculated per the manual.

Host (issuing) country "pirate hunters" may still attack you even
 if not provoked.

Users that have installed NVidia Detonator drivers version 3.53
drivers will experience graphics corruption. There are two
 solutions:
      1. Disable DirectDraw acceleration. This can cause the game to
be unstable, so if you chose this option, SAVE FREQUENTLY!!
      2. Install NVidia Detonator driver version 2.08. There are no
known issues with this driver installed.

HotHouse is looking into this problem, we hope to have a fix soon.
