Members Info Tab

This screen will be used to display all of the currently entered/visible members. Simply single click on a member and their information will appear on the right. Once that information is visible, place the mouse pointer over any of the days that show up as available and you will see the times that this member is available for play.

Screen Field Descriptions:

Member List Box - This control will show all the currently entered/visible members in the database. They will be sorted by Clan/Division then member name. Single click on any member and their information will be displayed. Double click on a member and ClanWatch will take you into Edit mode for that member. See Add / Edit Member Tab for more information.

Real - This will show the member's real name.

Status - Will show whether the member is active or inactive.

Email - This will display the member's primary email address.

Contact - Member's alternative contact information (i.e. ICQ number, AOL IM Name, etc.)

Time Zone - Member's time zone

Availability - This area will show which days (Mon - Sat/Sun) that the member is available for play. If a member has no scheduling information entered, then this field will state as such. For each day that is available for play, you can move the mouse pointer over that particular day and the times for which they are available will be displayed. NOTE: The times that are displayed will be in the ClanWatch user's Time Zone!

Notes - This are will house any notes that the user enters in about this member. This field may prove more useful when importing other clans information into your database (i.e. playing strategies, styles, preferred weapons, etc.). See Export/Import Tab for more information on this.

Control Descriptions:

Edit Member - This button will take the selected member over to the Add / Edit Member tab for editing.

Delete Member - This button will delete the currently selected member. The user will be prompted for verification before a member will actually be deleted.
