Scheduling Tab
This is really, at this point, what I consider the heart and soul of the application. This tab is the real reason I built ClanWatch in the first place. Now, this is also, the place where I need the most feedback. This tab will allow you to show which times are best to hold practices and matches; plus it will also show you which members can make an already established match time. The concept behind the tab is pretty simple; choose the members you want included on the left, and then either click on the Show Best Times button, or the Show Available Button.
Screen Field Descriptions:
Member List - The member list box will show all of the currently entered members in order of division and then their player name.
Best Times for Matches - This area will show the best times out of the selected members for practices and matches. Once they are shown here, just double click on a displayed time slot and the information will be transferred to the Show Available area to show you exactly which members can make it.
Who can make the match - This area will show who, out of the selected members, are available for a preset match time. Simply select your members from the left, enter in the date and time of the match and select the Show Available button. In moments you will be able to see the members who should be available for play.
Date - Match date in MM/DD/YYYY format
Time - Match time in acceptable time formats (11:00 PM, 11 pm, etc.)
Control Descriptions:
Show Best Times Button - Used to initiate the logic to show the best times for practices/matches from the selected members.
Show Available Button - Used to initiate the logic to show which members can make a preset match time.
