Readme for VProxy - the smallest proxy server for Windows NT - FREE!!!
Current version is 1.2.1 (build 70). You can find the most recent version at

         Features:
1. HTTP 1.1 permanent connections
2. Multiple users allowed at the same time
3. ODBC logging
4. Use of native Windows NT password checking
         How to install:
1. Create folder for proxy - i.e. c:\tools\isuite
2. Copy proxy.exe to that folder
3. At the command prompt type "proxy.exe -install"
4. Copy isuite.ini to the Windows NT folder
5. This is it! Now you can start VProxy from the Services component of the control panel
 or make it start automatically
         Uninstalling VProxy
1. At the command prompt type "proxy.exe -remove"
2. Remove folder containing proxy files
3. Remove isuite.ini from NT folder
         Isuite settings
You will find some settings in isuite.ini:
1. HTTP-proxy port (default setting is 80) - VProxy will listen that port for incoming connections
2. Logging enabled - if 1, VProxy tries to log users' activity
3. DSN* -ODBC System DSN settings
4. Authentication enabled - if 1, then users will be prompted to type their password
5. Authentication realm - this text will appear at the login dialog box (informative)
6. Authentication domain - name of Windows NT domain or server responsible for user/password
	checks

	Logging
To use logging feature of the VProxy, you must first create table named ProxyLog in some
database and a system DSN for this database.
Structure of ProxyLog table:
1.Required fields:
	IP1	number
	IP2	number
	IP3	number
	IP4	number
	BytesSent	number
	BytesRecvd number
	TargetHost	String
	uri	String
	PUser	String
2. Optional field: logDate	Date/time
 This field should be automatically filled by means of appropriate DBMS
	Known problems
1. No caching
