All Legal Crap Applies (e.g. no warranty, etc.)

Who it is for:
Anyone who wants a easy-to-use (although not so accurate)
VGA mode 13h palette editor for Windows.

What it is for:
The main use if this palette editor is to help making
palette for any 256-color mode artworks. But hey, anyone who
knows of other uses than making game artwork, please tell me =)

Requirements:
	1. Windows 95 or NT with vb40032.dll (32-bit Visual Basic runtime 4.0)
(Yeah it is a quick thrown-together so don't expect MFC =)
	2. A creative mind

	(Hi-color or better is recommended)

Installation:
Extract ezpalette.exe and the test palette file test.pal
	to any directory you like.

Uninstallation:
	Just delete 'em.

How to use:
If you really have to ask me this before you can use it, this
piece of software would have great problem - not fitting its
name "EZ" =), then, delete your copy, unplug your computer
immediately, go take a rest, or maybe a shower, before using it
	again.

File format:
As usual. A bunch of RRGGBBRRGGBBRRGGBB... making up 768 bytes
altogether. The range of these RRGGBB bytes are from 00h to 3Fh.
	(0 to 63 in decimal).

Liscense:
	1.	It is free-of-charge and royalty-free of course !
However, I'll be very thankful if you send me an email telling me
how you like it (or dislike it), possible improvements, etc.

	2.	Any hacking, modification and disassembling other than changing my name,
email address and/or homepage is allowed !

	3.	Any kind of redistribution is allowed, provided that
this text file is also included in its unmodified form, and that
you must create, or append if one exists, and include it with your
distribution, a file called "readme2.txt" and put down who you are,
the changes you make, and when they are made.

Enjoy!!
