ARCLOG.EXE History File

1.2 Read the README.NOW file for some VERY IMPORTANT notes,
whether you're a new user or upgrading!

Added Yearly archiving as well as monthly. This option will not
have a force parameter as data loss is guaranteed if forced.
On the last day of the year, arclog will create a yearly
archive and move all the monthly archives into the yearly archives.
        The filename will be YEARyyyy.ZIP.

Added new option -f to force Monthly archive updating.
This can be run any time during the month and will
                - force monthly archive to be created if it doesn't exist
                - move any daily archives for the current month into the
                  monthly archive.

*WARNING* If you use this option, do not use it more than
once a day, and do not run arclog the same day after using it
for a given output directory or data loss *will* result!!

Fixed the filenaming code which should have had single digit
        months/days '0' padded (ie. 19970101.ZIP).
*IMPORTANT* - if you upgrade from a previous version, you will
have to manually move any current archives into the monthly
archive, or rename them so they are zero padded.
Once October gets here, this shouldn't be a problem.
