Introduction
------------
Utility extends small MP3 layer player: DOSamp v0.8 by Nullsoft. New features
are: - repeat (play playlist reapetly),
     - reverse (play reverse order playlist),
     - shuffle (play random order playlist) modes, whitch knows from CD players,
     - configuration persistence (DOSamp & DOSampEX),
     - create and edit playlist(s)

Configuration is stored in DOSAMPEX.INI. Playlists are stored in *.PLS files.

Tips:
  * before first play must be inifile and playlist created
  * if you want create more playlists, select a MP3 file(s) and store under
new playlist name. Playlist selecting to actual is easy select to
    configuration file DOSAMPEX.INI.
  * repeat mode creates endless loop because DOSamp don't Ctrl-C support
  * "8-bit per sample" unnecessary set, DOSamp sets it by detected sound
    card
  * DOSamp switch "DMA size 32768" has any effect ?
  * supported only DOS file names, no long file names

Known DOSamp bugs:
  * all ' (apostrofs) in filename DOSamp removes
  * sometimes sound card is not detected
