Standard Error to File 1.0
(c) 1996-2002 Henrich Fukna

------------------------------------

Introduction
------------
This TSR utility redirects all messages from standard error stream
(stderr) to a user-specified file. The file will be saved to the
current working directory. If the name of the file was not specified
by the user the messages will be saved to the file STDERR2F.SAV.
Utility is activated or deactivated by user-specified hotkey by
installation, default value is <Ctrl+Alt+F>. Utility supports hotkey and
filename change by sending message to already installed copy.

Utility is hooked on these interrupt vectors: INT09h (keyboard),
INT21h (DOS Functions), INT2Fh (multiplex interrupt) and INT24h
(critical error message). Number of process on multiplex interrupt
is set to be the first free from 255 counting down. Messages that can
be set through the multiplex interrupt are:
- test of presence of utility in memory
- state of TSR copy in memory
- change of hotkey
- change of filename
- removing from memory if possible

The redirection is done through INT21h 40h function write to file
via handle. If hadle is set to write to stderr and utility is
activated, writing is redirected to the file. By every call is catched
critical error vector, opened file, written data, closed file and critical
error vector is set to old value. When there is an error while writing to
the file, this new critical error sends a warning signal.
