               (C) 1998 - 2000 Jakub Svozil (a.k.a. xb / inreal)

     introduction

FS is simple program which runs as a plugin under AMP or LMP. I've made it
with basic functions, ordinary user needs. FS is written in pure 386 assembler
for high performance and small size.

     requirements

  FS requires following configuration:

     386
     EGA display
     512KB of XMS memory

     layout

              Ŀ
              directory items playlist items
              ... ...

              Ĵ
              item info
              Ĵ
actual dir, status and message line

Directory items are all files and subdirectories in actual directory. In this
window you can see drive items and item named <HOME-DIR>. This item represents
directory, in which the playlists are being saved and you can set it using -H
switch. More information about this you can find in "switches" section. Colours
of individual items are following:

          white .... playlists
          yellow ... modules
          green .... directories
          magenta .. drives
          cyan ..... homedir
          red ...... invalid file

Playlist items are files stored in playlist memory. This items can be
highlighted or not. If it's highlighted, item's not been played yet. You can re-
set playlist (all items highlighted) using CTRL + R key (see "keys" section).

Item info is a small window, in which is always displayed detail info about
selected item. Information is following:

          Item name
Detail or full name (when playlist or module selected)
          Size (same as detail name)
Date and Time (playlists, modules and directories)

In the last window, in layout picture is named "actual dir, status and message
line", is usually displayed full path including drive letter or, when program is
waiting for user, message or question. You can enter name and decription for
playlist in this window, too.

     switches

You can change some parameters of FS using switches, what are entered in
command line or .ini file of your player. FS accepts following switches:

     -L[-]
If this switch is on, FS loads (if they're some items in the playlist,
FS will add them to existing playlist) and plays playlist. If it is
off, FS only loads or adds playlist.

     -J[-]
If it is on, FS starts when playing file(s) from command line is
         finished.

     -Y[-]
This switch disables 'Apend / Clear' question before loading new
	 playlist.

     -Q[-]
Disables sorting files (if you have slow machine and many modules in
	 any directory).

     -H:<full_path_name>
         Set homedir location. (example: "-H:d:\modules")
