Known issues
============
- If you are having problems settings up your Sound Blaster PnP card and you
  have a PnP BIOS on your machine, you may have to enable it in the CMOS
  settings. Consult your machine's manual or the manufacturer to get
  information on enabling your PnP BIOS.

- If your card has an AWE Wave-table Synthesizer it will be detected but
  there is no PnP AWE driver in this release.

- If your card has an IDE Controller it will be detected but there is no PnP
  IDE driver in this release.

- If you installed the legacy (non-PnP) IDE driver by selecting Windows NT

- Due to limitations of the Sound Blaster driver and hardware, certain models
  of the Sound Blaster AWE 32 PnP card won't be able to play FM Synthesis.
  No error is recieved for this problem and no sound will be played. This
  problem will be fixed in subsequent releases. The model numbers that this
