HX Hardware-monitoring program V1.1.3
(Win9x/NT4)

It is a system-monitor program for motherbords equipped with W83781D motherboard-monitoring IC.
It monitores the I/O voltage and the core voltage of max. 2 CPUs on the motherboard and the voltages of +5V,
-5V, +12V, -12V as well. It measures the speed of max. 3 fans and max. 3 temperatures.
The nominal and alarm levels of the monitored parameters can be freely adjusted. The alarm levels are stored
inside the IC too, so the the BEEP-alarm via the PC speaker also works.

Special services:
Graphical analysis of wearing of the fan-bearing! The greater the fluctuation the greater the probability of
the align of the bearing. (it is quite frequent above 3 % fluctuation).
Shadow-monitoring. A small-size core running in the background monitores the adjusted values and makes
alarm by pop-up messages.
The core-program uses little CPU-time and little memory (only a part of the whole setup program runs in
the background).

Compatibility:
Mother-board with ISA ports and W83781D monitoring IC (not tested with LM 78/79).
Tested: EPOX 51MVP3E-M (W83781D)

Setup:
As the program has its own driver, the system must be restarted after the setup (!) (allthough the setup
program doesn't promt you to do it, the system must be restarted!!!!).

In case of NT4 you should be an administrator (full access within the registry)!
In case of NT4 you should have full write access (regedit32)!

If you want an automatic start of the program, you should put a link into the startup, which points
to Arnyek.exe.
