so that it will run whenever you start Windows 95 or NT. It adds a CD icon

Installation Instructions
        **************************************************************
        IMPORTANT NOTE:
IN ORDER FOR THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS TO WORK, YOU MUST BE IN
A WINDOWS 95 DOS PROMPT. THESE INSTRUCTIONS WILL NOT WORK FROM JUST
MS-DOS. To open a DOS prompt while running Windows 95, click Start,
select Programs, then click on MS-DOS Prompt. DO NOT select ShutDown
        and Restart in MS-DOS mode.
        ***************************************************************

To install this program, just run install.bat from the directory
where you unzipped cdctl32. This will copy cdctl32.exe to the
startup folder in the start menu. Then all you have to do is
restart your computer for the changes to take effect. That's it!
If you ever want to remove it, just delete it from the startup
        folder.

To run install.bat, simply type 'install' at the command prompt in
the directory where you unzipped cdctl32.zip. Once you have installed
it, you can delete all the files you unzipped, but you may want
to keep the readme.txt file incase you ever want to contact me
and the cdctl32.zip file incase you want to give the program
to others or if you ever need to reinstall it.
