ExtChanger
----------------------

What is it?
-----------
Mass file renamer or extension changer

what does that mean?
-----------
Say you have a bunch of files called MyTestFiles.txt and you need to rename all of them to MyTextFiles.txt then you use the renamer feature.

Say you have a bunch of files called MyTestFiles.txt and you need to change the extension to MyTestFiles.log then you use the extension changer feature.

Basically it's a very simple utility that exists already out there in other products but I couldn't find it as a stand alone item. Yes it probably could be written as just a simple bat file as well, but I like C++ and so I took the whopping 15 minutes it took and just wrote/compiled it instead.

Notes
-----------
Because I wanted to make sure I wasn't messing up files while I was testing it, I made it so that it copies the files and then renames/changes the extension. Meaning when you are done, you will have two sets of files, the original and the new file with the new name/extension. I only did this for testing, but decided to just leave it in there. So it should be safe to use, but I still have to say "use at your own risk", to cover my ass :-)

p.s. again, this is just a simple utility that I slapped together and that's why it doesn't have a fancy interface etc.
