Mobile Interface plugin for FAR, version 1.16

This plugin is still under heavy research, development and testing.
I decided to release this alpha to catch a possible user's attention
and to make them suggest what is needed, what is not needed and what
is needed but definitely not in the way it is done now.

How to use this plugin:
0. Do not forget configuring it first!

1. Unfortunately, direct IrDA/Bluetooth connections are not supported now (and maybe
never will be). If you are going to access your phone via one of these interfaces,
you have to provide a 'Virtual COM port' in configuration.

For IrDA connections:
Under Windows 98/ME system creates this port by itself, as far as I know. Under
Windows XP and Windows 200 SP3+, if your phone is detected as a modem, port is
also created - you can see it in modem's properties. If no, you'll have to use
third-party software such as IrCOMM2k (www.ircomm2k.de).

For Bluetooth connections, port is usually created by Bluetooh software.

2. Do not try opening SMS panel while yet having Phone Book panel open and vice
versa - it will fail due to COM port being busy. Instead, use 'Switch to SMS/
Phone Book panel" command from F2 menu.

4. For best interoperability with Address Book plugin install the latest
Address Book version (at least 2.20). Note, however, that sometimes it will still
not be possible to copy several entries at once from AddressBook to FarMobile
or vice versa. Try copying them one-by-one.

5. In several places 'Advanced' button is present but is not working. It is
not a bug, simply not yet done.
