   Bug fix: SetPageDisVBE1 caused stack imbalance if SetPageDisVBE2 failed. 

  GVFM 2.65 can use your existing 2.6[2|3|4] configuration file - GVFM.CFG.

                              ============

   Bug fix: Some VBE's might not have worked properly in banked SVGA modes.
   Bug fix: Using [Ctrl]+[Up|Down] keys to select files now works correctly.
   Bug fix: Completely disabled "Screen Dump" feature (for now).
   New video memory write speed test added to the "Change Video Mode" dialog.
   The Windows detection code now uses Int 2Fh/1600h instead of 2Fh/160Ah.
   Includes the latest version of VESAMTRR.EXE (1.3), so now FASTVID.EXE 
    and Dos4GW are no longer supplied or required.
   Some changes made to README.TXT

  GVFM 2.64 can use your existing 2.63 or 2.62 configuration file - GVFM.CFG.

                              ============

   Bug fix: Allows GVFM to run even if no mouse or driver is active.
   Bug Fix: Double-clicking a non-executable file with no association now 
    brings up the correct dialogue box.
   New command line option '-L' to generate a GVFM initialisation timing log.
   The "Refresh Display" hot-key remapped from [Alt]+[F10] to [F8]
   The local pop-up menus of the text Editor, File and Folder panes can now 
    be invoked from the keyboard via the [Alt]+[F10] key combination.
   Windows .BMP's are no longer ever cached to a temporary file.
   Added DPMI Vendor and version number to HelpSystem_Information dialogue.
   Included the latest versions of HDPMI16.EXE, HDPMI32.EXE, etc.

  GVFM 2.63 can use your existing 2.62 configuration file - GVFM.CFG.

   Support for 32bpp (TrueColor) video modes.
   Custom colour schemes can be created, saved and loaded.
   Text editor 'Edit History' window added.
   User definable (tiled) desktop wallpaper.
   New device driver/operating system abstraction model.
   Improved 'Change Video Mode' dialog box.
   New or improved palettes, wallpaper and destop pictures.
   Batch file to create a HDPMI16.EXE/RTM.DLL/DPMLDR16.EXE version of GVFM.
   Double-buffering of the 'Wallnut' screen saver for a flicker-free diplay.
   Some new fonts added and others improved.
   Small enhancements and bug fixes.
