o The file 'mbox.ew' contains the main source code for the DLL.
The actual parsing of the mbox file is independently performed by the
  function parse_mbox() in 'mail.e'.

o Running 'mboxdebug.exw' in the 'source' folder, tests the source code.

o To build an industry standard DLL, normal translating of the Euphoria
code unfortunately is not sufficient. Some extra steps are necessary,
so that any program can give 32-bit parameters to routines in the DLL.

To build the DLL with the Borland C++ 5.5.1 Command-line Compiler,
copy all files in the 'source' folder (this file, and 'mboxdebug.exw'
are not required, though) to an empty directory, and run
     makebor.bat
     emake.bat

(This does _not_ work with the Watcom compiler.)

Move 'mbox.wcx' to the folder that contains 'mboxdemo.exw', and
'test.mbx'. Then run 'mboxdemo.exw' to test the DLL.

Note: If you build 'mbox.wcx' this way, it will be different from the
original file, since it doesn't contain any version information.
This is due to the fact, that the Eu2C translator 2.4 doesn't
        support resources.
I added the version information to the original 'mbox.wcx' file
by writing an appropriate .RC file, and changing two other files
        manually, before running 'emake.bat'.
