UnixShell Readme

This program is a simple Unix shell which runs on top of Dos. If you
type in one of the supported Unix commands, the shell converts the
command to the Dos equivelant and executes the command. If the
command doesn't have a Dos equivelant you may be in luck and it will
have been implemented seperately.

If you want to have the program start in a specific directory, just
pass it as the first command line arguement. If the directory contains
a space, be sure to put "" around the name of the directory. The same
goes for entering directory names at the command prompt, as well. If
you don't enter a directory, the program will start in your Windows
directory.

Here is a list of currently supported Unix commands:
ls (no tags, but you can pipe it to more)
mkdir
rmdir
rm
cat
head
tail
cp
mv

There is no piping available for any of these commands. The default
number of lines to display for head and tail is 10.

Support of the grep command is being looked into, but don't expect
anything all that great anytime soon. :)

Requirements:
Windows 95/98/NT.

Known Bugs:
If you are changing to a directory which contains a space and whose Dos name
doesn't end in ~1 (i.e. ends in ~2, or ~3, etc.) it will change to ~1. If
you know of any good ways to fix this, please let me konw.

Distribution:
This program is 100% FREE. You may distribute this program in any way you want, as
long as it is free, and this file and the source code are attached with the
executable. You can make changes to, if you like - if you do, please
