                             HISTORY.TXT For...

                  9xRegRev.bat:  9x Registry Revert (v1.3)
                  ****************************************

v1.3
~~~~
* Changed the look of the program a bit.
* Some minor coding changes, though nothing really to speak of.
* Eliminated the "reduced-variable" version of (9xRegRev.bat).  There is now
  only an "inflated-variable" version.  The "deflated-variable" version was
  much more difficult for the "novice batcher" to edit.  Also, the
  "inflated-variable" version has the added benefit of a lower environment
  space requirement.
* All Blaware BATs are now at v1.3 for simplicity's sake.
* Updated (RFN.bat) with a new routine; it's much faster now.
v1.2
~~~~
* A few minor tinkerings to (9xRegRev.bat), mostly cosmetic.

* Updated (RFN.bat) to v1.1 fixing a stupid bug where all RFNs would begin
  with the letter "Z". Imagine such a thingy.

* Updated (Get_MD5.bat) making it more user-friendly.

v1.1
~~~~
* Fixed a major bug that rendered the program useless.
* Added a batch program (MakeFlop.bat) to create a Win9x boot floppy disk
  for use with (9xRegRev.bat).  The user can then boot to the floppy to run
  the (9xRegRev.bat) instance that is installed on the hard drive.
* Changed MD5 app from [MAKEMD5.EXE (v1.0) (by Oliver Fromme)] to
  [MD5SUM.EXE (Branko Lankester, Colin Plumb, & Michael Paul Johnson)].
  Nothing against Oliver Fromme's app (it's a fine program), but the new
  required app [RFN.BAT (v1.0) (Blaware)] uses MD5SUM, so that became the
  choice.
v1.0
~~~~
* Initial public release.

* Extensive overhaul, mostly cosmetic.

Pre-Distribution
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
* Personal use (worked fine on several personal Win9x computers).
                                  THE END
