CPLScan by Swoosie Software 4-12-1999

CPLScan provides information about .CPL files. .CPL files are Control Panel applets. Some .CPL files provide only one control panel applet, while others provide several. They are usually housed in the System directory (System32 in the case of Windows NT 4.0).

Start CPLScan, click on Browse, and select a .CPL file. Click the Applets drop down list to select which applet to view information on. The applet icon, name, and description are then displayed.

This program is compatible with Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows NT 4.0.

This program is freeware, and is provided as is. We are happy to accept suggestions, bug reports, or general comments, but we can't guarantee technical support or future bug fixes.

This program is used at your own risk. We recommend experimenting with the application before using it for production work.
