	6 new help screens

i've added an 'optimal lp/slp' option and an 'optimal sp/slp'
	option on the first screen.

this assumes an SP recording time of 2:02 (not 2:00), an
LP recording time of 4:04 (not 4:00), and an SLP recording
time of 6:06 (not 6:00), because that seems to be the true
recording time of a standard t-120 casette.

the standard (non-optimal) recording times have been
	retained as well.
