Comments welcome.

Network Time Protocol Client keeps your PC clock in
synchronization with Coordinated Universal Time. Now
includes a server mode to keep all computers on your
network synchronized with one computer or with your
server. Works with full-time or dial-up connections
and is fully customizable. Required VB5 runtimes are
available from author's homepage. Full setup program
version also available.

Notes:

Server Mode enables ONE computer or server to
act as a time server for all other computers on
your network. This method makes clock accuracy
on your network much higher as internet lag is
not a significant factor on a local area network.

When using Server Mode, the NTPC server's
computer name or IP address can be used as the
Server setting of each NTPC client. In the
Settings dialog of each client, enter the NTPC
server's computer name or IP address in the
Primary Servers box. This custom entry will be
       saved between sessions.

NTPC will work with full-time connections or
with dial-up connections. When you are not
connected to the internet you may leave NTPC
running and the tray icon will have a red slash
through it. When you connect NTPC will start
synchronizing at the specified interval and
the red slash will be removed. In Server Mode
the time will be offered to clients regardless
of the status of the connection.
