Screen Saver A Day
Useful Software

Screen Saver A Day is a utility program that allows you to run a
completely different screen saver every day of the week. Now you
can run Pointcast on Monday, Headliner on Tuesday,Marimba on Wednesday
etc. Interested? SSAD works under Windows 3.1 and Windows 95 and uses
very minimal system resources and hard drive space

Screen Saver A Day requires vbrun300.dll, which is not included.
However, if you download apps from the Internet regularly, you
probably have it already.

Here's what you'll need to do to run SSAD. I did not make an install
for this program. To be frank, you don't need one.
Just create a directory and unzip screenad.zip into it

Then run Screenad.exe and select your screen saver for each day.

SSAD assumes that your PC will be turned on at the beginning of each day.
In order for SSAD to change your screen saver each day when you turn on
your PC, you'll need to run:
c:\<directory where SSAD is>\Screenad /s
(the /s tells SSAD to run the screen saver selected for the day)
Example: if SSAD was installed in c:\screenad, the line would read

c:\screenad\screenad /s

If you just run screenad.exe without the /s, it will run the SSAD
configuration program, not load the daily selected screensaver.

For SSAD to automatically select your daily screen saver selections,
add an icon with the line above to your startup group. That's all
there is to it to run a different screen saver everyday. Enjoy

The Apply button works just like the OK button except it runs the
screensaver you selected for the current day. This button will only
be enabled when you have selected the current day.

Email me and let me know what you think of SSAD. Or even better,
send me a check for $10 for the registered version, which includes
enhanced capabilities. Check out register.txt for details.
