The macro allows you to convert an HTML document you downloaded
from the Internet to a Winword document, retaining tables,
special characters and most of formatting.

Usage:
======
1. Put the template in your Winword Templates directory;
2. Say File New in Winword, select HTML Converter and click OK;
3. Insert an HTML document as a plain text on the blank page;
4. Select Convert HTML from Tools menu.

After some time, depending on the size of the document,
you will have your document ready for printing out.

The macro applies paragraph styles defined beforehand,
so you can determine the appearance of converted documents
by changing the styles as well as page layout, columns etc.
in the template before conversion.
