MIB-TO-MR: MIB to Message Record Conversion Program

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

mib-to-mr.exe converts the trap definitions in a MIB into
Unicenter Message Record format.

The program takes the MIB file name as the first input, the enterprise
ID as the second input, and an optional 3rd input to specify a defined
mib.

For example, passing IPF as the 3rd parameter tells the program to
perform special processing since it's processing the IPF MIB.
Currently this is the only supported special variable.

No trap variables are currently processed by the program. These
rules are used to process a trap from the MIB.

The trap ID number is pulled from the end of the trap.

The --#SUMMARY text is used to create the trap description and sendkeep text.

The --#SEVERITY field is used to determine the Unicenter severity and color information.

The DESCRIPTION in the trap is used to create annotations that go along with the text.
Up to 4 annotations may be created, each limited to 256 characters. Any information
after this is truncated.

Each output file is limited to 500 lines in size and up to 50 files may be created
by the program.

The program also creates a file that will remove all the message records created
by the program.

For example, the following trap gets converted to the following message record
when executing this command.

"mib-to-mr.exe hpipftrap.mib 11 IPF"
