RIBCL Sample Script for Remote Insight Lights-Out Edition II

Description:  This is a set of sample XML script used to manage the
              configuration of Remote Insight Lights-Out Edition II 
              (RILOE II) management processors and to control servers 
              in which RILOE II devices are in use.

              Use CPQLOCFG.EXE ver 2.20 or greater with these scripts
              These script were originally written for RILOE II firmware 
              version 1.10.  Other versions of firmware may use different
              syntax/privileges.

              See the RILOE II User Guide for more information on scripting
              and the syntax of the RIBCL XML.

Downloads:    The CPQLOCFG.EXE utility and the RILOE II User Guide may be 
              downloaded from the http://www.hp.com/servers/lights-out URL.
              Click on the RILOE II board to reach the RILOE II home page.  
              Click on 'documentation' to find the User Guide.  Click on 
              'software & drivers' to find the CPQLOCFG.EXE utility and the 
              latest RILOE II firmware.

Security:     A valid RILOE II user account and password is required for each
              XML script.  The user account must have the appropriate 
              privileges (Administer User Access and/or Configure RILOE Access).
              The CPQLOCFG utility connects to the RILOE II management processor
              using a 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection.

Syntax:       CPQLOCFG -s <RILOE II IP address | DNS name> -f <XML Script File>


Contents:
   Add_User.xml - Add a user to the RILOE II user database.

   Change_Password.xml - Change the password of an existing RILOE II user.

   Clear_EventLog.xml - Clear the RILOE II Event Log

   Copy_Virtual_Floppy.xml - Copy data from RILOE II Virtual Floppy memory
                             to an image file on the client.

   Delete_User.xml - Delete a user from the RILOE II user database.

   Eject_Virtual_Floppy.xml - Stop using the downloaded Virtual Floppy.

   Get_All_Cables_Status.xml - Return the status of all RILOE II cables.

   Get_All_Users.xml - Return a list of all RILOE II user accounts.

   Get_All_User_Info.xml - Return data on all users in the local database

   Get_Dir_Info.xml - Return information on RILOE II Directory Settings

   Get_FW_Version.xml - Return the version and date/time of the RILOE II firmware.

   Get_Global_Settings.xml - Return information on RILOE II Global Settings

   Get_Host_Power_Status.xml - Return the current power state of the host server.

   Get_Network_Settings.xml - Return information on RILOE II Network Settings

   Get_User.xml - Return the configuration details for a single user.

   Get_VF_Status.xml - Return information on the status of the RILOE II 
                       Virtual Floppy

   Get_VPB_Cable_Status.xml - Return info on the Virtual Power Button cable

   Hotkey_Config.xml - Change the values for Remote Console hotkeys.

   Insert_Virtual_Floppy.xml - Start using the downloaded Virtual Floppy.

   Mod_Dir_Config.xml - Change information on RILOE II Directory Settings

   Mod_Global_Settings.xml - Change the RILOE II Global Settings.

   Mod_Network_Settings.xml - Change the RILOE II Network Settings.

   Mod_User.xml  - Change the login id, display name, password and/or Settings.
                   privileges for an existing RILOE II user account.

   Reset_RIB.xml - Restart the RILOE II Management Processor.

   Reset_Server.xml - Immediately power off and back on the host server.

   Set_Host_Power_OFF.xml - Power off the host server.  A graceful shutdown will
                            be attempted for ACPI-aware operating systems
                            configured to support graceful shutdown.

   Set_Host_Power_ON.xml - Power on the host server.

   Set_VF_Status.xml - Change the settings for the downloaded RILOE II
                       Virtual Floppy.

   Update_RIB_ Firmware.xml - Flash the RILOE II firmware to a new version.
