To view a device remotely, enter the device URL with the port:2381 in the Address field of the browser. For example:
https://devicename:2381
The devicename variable is the IP address or the computer name of the management server.
The Version Control Agent enables you to install or update HP software, provided the following conditions are met:
Your server must meet the hardware and software minimum requirements for Windows or minimum requirements for Linux.
You must log in as Operator or Administrator.
You must configure the Version Control Agent with a specific Version Control Repository Manager in order to view or install software. You can configure the Version Control Repository Manager path from the home page via the Change Agent Settings link. Refer to Changing the Agent Settings for more details.
