Driver Enhancements over previous version:

Packaging Enhancements: 
- Not kernel dependent.  This package uses new scripting and functionality to be able to build itself if necessary.  The RPM package can be used against most any kernel flavor within the supported distributions, in this case (RH 7.3 and RH 8.0). 
- Easier to use via provided helper scripts.  With the mechanics of this package, every time you change kernels whether it be UP to SMP, or picking up a new errata kernel, you can use the provided scripts to do a 1-step reconfiguration of the driver to work with the new kernel. 
- Better documentation on how to use this package, and how to take advantage of other more advanced installtion options available to you. 
- Also provides example configuration files for XFree.
