[US.Enhancements]
- Adds SET BAUDRATE BAY [ 1~20 ] [ 1200 | 2400 | 4800 | 9600 | 19200 | 38400 | 57600 | 115200 ] command. This command can be used to set the blade serial console baudrate, which is used by the CONNECT command to connect to the blade serial console. The blade serial console baudrate settings are stored permanently in the NVRAM. 

- Enhances the SHOW BAUDRATE command. This command has been enhanced to show the current baudrate settings for both bays (1-20) and switches (A,B). 

- Provides an updated OpenSSL 0.9.7d component.
