1 - Download the driver and unzip the files onto your hard drive. 

2 - Insert TV Tuner card and allow Windows XP MCE to detect the card.

3 - When the card is detected, select to manually install the driver.

4 - Select choose from list of drivers and press Next.

5 - Click the "Have Disk" Button.

6 - Point to the folder that the driver was downloaded to and press OK.
