PREREQUISITES: 
- To use this driver, the Adaptec SCSI Raid 2120S Controller must have firmware version 8206.

NOTE: If the controller does not have firmware version 8206, download and install SoftPaq Number SP32763 (or later) and follow the associated instructions to update the firmware on the controller before updating the driver with this SoftPaq.

HOW TO USE: 
1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Driver is not self executable and you must manually install the driver using the files in the extracted folder.
