      - If notebook is not running Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 2
        (SP2), the processor performance state may not be restored to the
        maximum state if the CPU runs at 100 percent. This issue occurs if the
        notebook is 100 percent busy when the power policy changes. For more
        information about this limitation and to view support options, see
        Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 330512, "The Processor Performance
        State Is Not Restored to the Minimum State If the CPU Runs at 100
        Percent."
