BOOM man page is not accurate
The problem concerns the option -d:
the man page tells that the default value is 50% delay, 50% surface
boom with no argument says it is 100% surface.
The boom usage seems to be more accurate.
How to reproduce the bug :

I use Linux
I source the file /asim/alliance/etc/alc_env.sh (for the MANPATH variable)
