The FWUPDATE Utility is an EFI application program used for updating the 
system firmware of the SR9000MK4U System.

RELEASE NOTES FOR FWUPDATE 1.14
A. CHANGES SINCE PREVIOUS VERSION 

   1.14. 03/19/2007
         Add the sum check function of input firmware image file.
         Add the protection of firmware downgrade to prevent 2U system boot error.
         SAL03_18 or older version has a problem in Vpp controlling at 2U system.
         The tool checks the FW hub electrical characteristics and prevent the 
         downgrade, if there is a potential of boot failure.
         Modify the period from Vpp additon to FW hub writing.
         The period is adjusted from 1us to 1msec to ensure the write operation.

   1.11. 01/23/2007
         For the Vpp controlling timing not satisfy the FWH chip specification in
         1.10 or earlier version, an update error will occur on some boards.
         Flash ROM writing algorithm is enhanced.

D. HOW TO USE THIS UTILITY

fwupdate.efi is executed by entering the following command by EFI Shell.
fwupdate [File name] [Option] [Enter]

Command Line Options:
No.	Option		Function
1	File name	Integrated ROM file name (Format is as follow.)
			fw_aa-bb_cc-dd.rom
			aa-bb: SAL version
			cc-dd: BMC version
			File name must be entered except when /V or /H option is specified.
2	/f or /F	Does not confirm the write operation.
			Normally, Down grade confirms the continuation of execution.
3	/v or /V	Displays the version of SAL (FWH)/BMC (internal flash).
4	/h or /H or /?	Displays the description of option command.
5	/l or /L	Updates only SAL in FWH and SAL Spool.
6	/b or /B	Updates only BMC in external flash.
7	/n or /N	Does not take over NVM area.  (Invalid when /B or /S is specified.)
