Abstract
 
Effective immediately, IBM withdraws from marketing selected programs
licensed under the IBM International Program License Agreement.  For
details, refer to the Program Withdrawals and National Language
Withdrawals sections.  For associated additional licenses, refer to
the Additional License Withdrawals section.
 
You can no longer obtain these programs directly from IBM.  You can
obtain these programs on an as-available basis through IBM authorized
remarketers.
 
Replacement Product Information:  While there is no direct
replacement of these programs, functionally they have been replaced
by IBM ViaVoice and VoiceType (R) Simply Speaking Gold, announced on
June 10, 1997, and a new set of offerings for developers.  For
detailed information, refer to Software Announcement 297-201, dated
June 10, 1997, and the VoiceType Web site via:
