In the March/April ('94) issue of OS/2 Developer there is a good
article on NetBIOS and 802.2 Applications: Problems and Solutions (by
Tom Ellis and Mike McIntyre). A utility to format a NetBIOS trace,
DTF3.EXE, is used. Where can I get that utility ?

DTF3 comes with the NTS/2 and LAN Server 3.0 products, so if someone
is running using one of these, they should already have DTF3. In any
case, I'll provide a copy. DTF3 is not really public domain, but
since it's not part of the actual transport, it can be distributed
publicly.

I received a copy of the DTF3.EXE utility from Tom Ellis and have
uploaded it as DTF3.ZIP to our OS/2 Developer Mag library. Thanks to
Steinar Aamot for the suggestion and to Tom Ellis for your help!
