The RTF files
can be read on many systems using WordPad in Windows or Microsoft Word on
Mac or in Windows (at least).

Mark Usher's BBC documentation project includes the following fine works of scanning
and OCRing. Most or all of these are in Rich Text (RTF) format, and should be
readable by major word processors.
